More and more high performance polymers are being used in the aerospace industry to replace metals such as Aluminum, Titanium etc.

Metals are more and more being replaced by high performance polymers bringing improved wear performance, safer, more robust and lighter applications.

Life science areas such as pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries require the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, temperature and chemical resistance in production.

Due to the nature of the production process, highly reliable and efficient solutions that are resistant to chemicals and temperatures are needed.

Semiconductor industry

The semiconductor industry brings challenging conditions for plastic components . They need to work under elevated temperatures, will get exposed to aggressive chemicals and in get in touch with abrasive conditions.

This industry requires tight tolerance machined parts, low outgassing and allows no contamination.

Chemical, petrochemical and oil & gas industry

These industry are driven by lowering the total cost of ownership and daily maintenance costs while being challenged with increased temperature, increased pressures, harsh chemicals and corrosion resistance. Product efficiency can get a boost by tighter tolerance or with the selection of the right plastics to improve the overall wear resistance. Tight tolerances can be obtained by the use of materials with low coefficient of thermal expansion and by special machining process.
