Competence in plastics

Industries

Aerospace

For more than 25 years we are serving this high demanding industry and have installed the EN-9100 certificate to support this market. A market driven by weight reduction and friction behaviour in order to optimise fuel consumption and hence lower emission. More and more high performance polymers are being used in the aerospace industry to replace metals such as Aluminum, Titanium etc.

Features which lead to the increased market share of polymers:

  • Low coefficient of friction
  • Low weight
  • High wear resistance
  • Self-lubricating
  • Broad temperature resistance
  • Chemical resistance

Automotive

At Inno-Plast we manufacture parts for the automotive industry since 1989 and installed the ISO-9001 certificate at the early start.

Today high performance polymers are being used in the automotive industry to reduce friction, improve fuel efficiency and lower emissions.

Metals are more and more being replaced by high performance polymers bringing improved wear performance, safer, more robust and lighter applications.

Life science

Life science areas such as pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries require the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, temperature and chemical resistance in production.

Due to the nature of the production process, highly reliable and efficient solutions that are resistant to chemicals and temperatures are needed.

Semiconductor industry

The semiconductor industry brings challenging conditions for plastic components . They need to work under elevated temperatures, will get exposed to aggressive chemicals and in get in touch with abrasive conditions.

This industry requires tight tolerance machined parts, low outgassing and allows no contamination.

Chemical, petrochemical and oil & gas industry

These industry are driven by lowering the total cost of ownership and daily maintenance costs while being challenged with increased temperature, increased pressures, harsh chemicals and corrosion resistance. Product efficiency can get a boost by tighter tolerance or with the selection of the right plastics to improve the overall wear resistance. Tight tolerances can be obtained by the use of materials with low coefficient of thermal expansion and by special machining process.

At Inno-Plast we have the experience to support our customers on both fields.

Various equipment industries

Various equipment industries such as valve, compressor, textile, packaging industry. Each of these industries have their special needs and can benefit from the wide range of plastics on the market. Often engineering plastics replace traditional materials as metals and ceramics. These high performance or engineering plastics bring solutions where the traditional materials tend to fail.

Applications vary from guiding elements, guide bushes, supports, self-lubricating components (grease-free), spacers, seals, wear parts and so on.
